2006 01 31 - Gstaad
31st January 2006
A glorious day round at Gstaad, below zero and clear skies and sunshine. Pretty quiet as it’s mid week and low season. My pass didn’t work this morning, it turns out when I used it at Adelboden over the week they wiped my Gstaad entitlement so I had to get a new season pass issued.

Some more snow wouldn’t go amiss for off-piste but the piste is in great condition.
The variable snow at the side is a little awkward to ski, at one point I cartwheeled over and kicked my self in the head with one ski which proves I’m fairly supple if nothing else.
The skiing over at St Stephan is great now, the addition of the new quad chair lift has really opened that side of the hill up.
