Today was actually my birthday

Up on the glacier at La Plagne there was still an amount of fresh snow, we took a few runs over there and were joined by Chris/Snowcrazy and Matthew for a few runs including a great off-piste run down off the glacier.

My second day skiing at Les Arcs, the day before it’d rained quite a bit and I’d got fairly wet skiing round Arcs and La Plagne. This turned to snow over night and the first runs of the day with PG, Scarpa and Snowbunny (from SnowHeads) were in fresh snow.

Spring’s arrived apart from the odd snow shower so any skiing has to be fairly high now and the highest place around here is Glacier 3000 or Les Diablerets which is part of the area covered by my Gstaad season ticket.
