2006 07 10 - Zinal Chalet

Another trip to the Valais to make more arrangements for the chalet build in Zinal. We spent most of Friday in Sion and Sierre selecting fixtures and fittings like kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and a wood burner stove.
It’s actually only been a week since we were last there so there’s not been a giant leap in progress but work’s continuing nicely. The roof’s being insulated, gutters have been added, holes have been cut for the chimney, batons fixed to attach the wood exterior to etc etc.
Although it rained on Friday the weather was fine on Saturday and it was a beautiful day up in Zinal:
