And so to Zinal, to drop off some stuff at the chalet, pick up the season passes and a little skiing. It’s reasonably cold and they’re running some of their new snow cannons.

The chalet’s looking great in the snow and it’s pretty much finished, some final work will be this week but it’s basically done.

Meanwhile, up in the ski area it’s pretty quiet. The cable car is running along with the top chair lift and a couple of drags. The snow’s actually pretty good but there’s not much so far, it would make a great base if we got some more snow but the forecast doesn’t look promising currently.
