Not much of a day for photographs really! The forecasted snow arrived exactly as scheduled although so far it looks like the quantity is more than forecast.

There’s less people around today than the last few days which might be due in part to the weather. Personally I love this sort of weather and the skiing was excellent with chopped up loose snow all over the pistes. Although, by 1500hrs it was getting pretty windy and with one chair lift out of action and the other crawling at about quarter speed.

I’d not noticed before but if you look at the cable car station head on it’s like a face with two eyes and a nose! this was taken at 1330hrs and those crowds are all the lessons starting again after lunch.
Today was also the day that I can say I’m definitely happy with my Garmont Endorphin touring boots, they are stiff enough to drive my Stormriders with a good enough flex to ski in fresh snow. It’s the first day I’ve tried them in a lot of fresh snow and they perform exactly as I’d hoped they would.

Still binning down with snow here. It snowed overnight, lightly during the morning and now it’s getting heavier again. There’s more than the forecast suggested I think, fortunately they’ve just cleared our drive!
