This is another route that I wanted to do for a while, it’s in the Vallon de Réchy between the Val d’Annviers and the Val d’Hérens and the route takes you from Grimentz to Vercorin. The Vallon de Réchy is very picturesque and has no roads or buildings making it ideal for a ski tour.

It’s pretty reasonable skiing down, slightly crusty at the top of the Becs de Bosson ridge but improving on the descent.

The route has medium popularity and we were the only the people on it today although we saw a number of other people on other routes.

After skiing down we hit the summer road and used skins to get out until it the gradient improved and we were able to schuss out.
