First Snow

It’s actually not the first snow quite but we’ve had snow falls all across Switzerland and it feels like winter is on the way. It’s pretty quiet here in Zinal right now, the lifts were supposed to open for the weekend but it was postponed and we’re expecting some lifts running next weekend.

It’s quite a nice day today, around freezing and some sunshine so it’s pleasant to walk around the village. The temperature is rising a little so this village level snow may not last too long although we’re expecting a little more.
